Here in Canada we say aboot, eh!

I’m currently finishing up my first semester of my first year of journalism (j school) and it. is. AWESOME.  I love my classes, I love the work, I love taking pictures, I love writing, I love everything right now.  And yes, I love you, too, for stopping by and reading my blog.

While the main purpose of this blog is to fulfill a class requirement, I find I rather enjoy blogging and spewing forth what my brain wants to say but perhaps doesn’t have the right platform to say it in the way I want it to be said.  I currently concentrate on books and things that have to do with books, but who knows, I could branch out in the next semester and suddenly have a blog about all the things my six year old does that I find humour and / or infuriating.  Maybe it will be a food blog.  Or a beer blog.  Or a photo blog?  Or maybe (more than likely) it will be all of those things tied together with wit and charm that will hopefully provide some entertainment value to you.
